Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Website.
2. Communications from IJUE
By signing up with IJUE, you agree to receive certain email and other communications in connection with the platform and/or service. Communications relating to your account will only be sent for important purposes, such as password recovery.
3. Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability of the product and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability of product and delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal or courier delays, which we will not be responsible.
4. How to shop and place an order online
A few simple steps to shop at the Website:
a. Login with your membership details
b. Look for your favorite products
c. Click “Add to Cart” or “Preorder Now” to add the item to your shopping cart
d. Click “My Cart” when you finish shopping.
e. Enter your delivery details and select payment method
f. Confirm the order and the transaction is completed
5. Delivery of Products
5.1 Delivery Time:
After your order is accepted and payment is confirmed, we will dispatch the products to your assigned address within 7 to 10 working days for in-stock products or within 30 working days for pre-order or out-of-stock products. Should there be any delay (e.g. delay in production), we will notify you in advance. However, delivery service in Sunday and Public Holiday will be suspended and postponed to the next working day. Delivery time may be affected by seasonal holidays. Delivery will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.
5.2 Order Tracking:
You can login as member, click on “My Account”, click “Orders”, click “View” you can track the order status. You can also email or whatsapp us at any time for checking.
5.3 Shipment outside Hong Kong:
We can ship outside of Hong Kong, including China, Macau, Asia, America, Europe, Australia etc, the delivery fee will be quoted to you separately. We offer free shipment for delivery in Hong Kong. We have the right to change the delivery fee from time to time.
5.4 You can also choose to pick up at our shop in Hong Kong. No delivery fee will be incurred.
6. Member Account Registration
6.1 Once you have registered as member of IJUE CLUB and order over HK$1,000 in a single purchase, you will become our basic member and can enjoy 2% off permanetly. When your accumulated purchase reaches HK$30,000, you will become our VIP member and enjoy 10% off your purchase with 12 months validity. If your accumulated purchase reaches HK$80,000, you will become our VVIP member and enjoy 15% off your purchase with 12 months validity. Even if you do not register as a member, you can still shop at our website with the original product price.
6.2 If you forget your password, please click “Forgot password?” on the login page, and enter your registered email address for confirmation. You would receive a verification email and could reset the password.
6.3 If you would like to change any of your member information, e.g. email, name, phone no., password etc, you could login your account, go to “My Account” > “Profile” , change your information and click “Save Changes”.
7. Pricing and Availability
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices, which appear on this Website, are accurate, errors may occur. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Website that may contain errors, including, without limitation, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, product descriptions, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we discover an error in your order, and order need to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

This Website and the Contents are the copyright of IJUE. You may store, print and display the content supplied solely for your own personal use. With that exception, their reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage, in whole or in part, is prohibited unless prior written permission has been obtained. You must not use this Website or the Contents for any illegal purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these terms and conditions of use.

Links to any external sites from this Website are for information only and IJUE accepts no responsibility or liability arising from access to, or the material on, any site that is linked from or to this Website. Your use of the Linked Sites will be subject to the terms of use and service contained within each such site.
10. Registration
As a registered user of this Website, you may establish an account. Please do not reveal your account information to anyone else. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur on or through your account, and you agree to immediately notify us of any security breach of your account. We shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your account.
11. Your Obligations
11.1. You are solely responsible for your own internet connection/telecommunication charges incurred for accessing and connecting to the Platform.
11.2 You may access and view the Platform and may save an electronic copy or print out a copy of the materials from the Platform, solely for your own personal and non-commercial use. All copies that you make must be in the form as presented on the Platform and must include all applicable copyright and other notices on the Platform. 14.1 If a dispute arises between you and IJUE, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost-effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, each party at this moment agrees that they will resolve any claim or controversy at law or in equity that arises out of these Terms or the Platform and/or Service in agreement with this section or as the parties otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to the filing of a formal lawsuit, we firmly encourage you to contact us directly first to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.
15. GENERAL
15.1 If we need to contact you, we may do so by email or by posting a notice on our Facebook page. Notice will be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent or notice is posted on our Facebook Page. You agree that this satisfies all legal requirements in relation to written communications.
15.2 These Terms, and any dispute relating to these Terms or the Platform and/or Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region without regard to the choice or conflicts of law principles of any jurisdiction. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in relation to any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform and/or Service.
15.3 If any part or provision of these Terms is or becomes illegal, unenforceable, or invalid under any enactment or rule of law or by any court in any jurisdiction, that part or provision is deemed to be modified to the extent required to remedy the illegality, unenforceability or invalidity. If a modification is not possible, the part or provision must be treated for all purposes as severed from these Terms. The remainder of these Terms will remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable on you.
15.4 These Terms set out everything agreed by the parties relating to your use of the Platform and/or Service and supersede and cancel anything discussed, exchanged or agreed prior to you agreeing to these Terms. You have not relied on any representation, warranty, guarantee or agreement relating to the Platform and/or Service that is not expressly set out in these Terms, and no such representation, warranty, guarantee or agreement has any effect from the date you agreed to these Terms.
